“I bought you this for christmas; I know the holidays have passed, but I had to wait for a minute to get the last bit of money for it. I hope you enjoy it.”
“Ah, thank you ne, Karin? This is really lovely!! I like it! Thank you so much!” Leaning on theUzumaki, Kushina planted a soft peck on her cheeks, then gave her a warm embrace. “Thank you, really.”
❝Kushina, look~❞ Minato pointed above his head, a mistletoe hanging from the ceiling above. He still hadn't received a kiss from his lovely wife this day so he decided now would be a good time to do so. He grinned cheekily.
“A-ra, what is it, Mina—”
Looking to where he was pointing, Kushina blinked a few times, before realizing the old tradition that was going around for years now if you were placed under a mistletoe with someone.
“Oh.”
She looked back to him, his cheeky grin flashing before her. She sighed and smiled, though shaking her head. “You and your antics, Minato.”
She pulled herself closer to him, touching his tender lips with hers, arms wrapping around his waist as kissed him passionately.
Naruto walked over to his mother in the kitchen, probably getting things ready. He smiled and walked over, careful not to drop his gift. He soon brought his hand out as he smiled, “Merry Christmas, kaa-chan!”
Kushina chuckled, taking the ball in her hands, examining the painted snowman very carefully. She then ruffled his hair, a grin tugging at her lips.
“Thank you, Naruto. This is really lovely! Did you make this?”
“H-Here you got Kaa-san. Tou-san said that y-you’d really like this one!”
“A-ra, arigatou, Sakura! This is so cool, ya know? And really, do I really rock?” A soft chuckle escaped from her lips, taking the small stone on the pinkette’s little hand. “Did you make this?”
“Merry Christmas Shina Auntie, I couldn’t think of anything, so I thought these would suffice.”
Kushina took the tiny box from Itachi, a wide grin appearing on her features as she unwrapped it. Just as she revealed what’s inside, her eyes gave the same sparkle the crystals had.
“My, Itachi! Thank you so much! This is wonderful, ya know? Thank you!”
The vermilionette smiled, taking the box from the younger Uchiha and unwrapping it. Upon seeing the elegant hair ornaments just for her, her smile grew wider, purple hues almost sparkled in joy.
“Thank you so much, Sasuke-kun. Have a wonderful Christmas.”
